I went there on the week day. Even though the restaurant didnt busy, it took a long wait for people come to serve us. However, food is delicious. Love it ❤

Food, service, & atmosphere was stellar! Must try. Had the Prime Rib sandwich with fries, it was a big portion & was a very good sandwich.

I went to visit my Granddaughter and took her to lunch. I was unfamiliar with the city in which she was living. I didn’t want fast food and was looking for something where we could get some good food and catch up as we ate! Players is the place to go in Warrensburg to have some great food in a comfortable environment. Our server was very attentive and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. The food was fantastic! I will eat there again.

I was in town on business and ate there both nights. Everything I had was amazing and you can tell that it was all made fresh. The first night I had the chicken strips with the warm Potato salad (a must try). The strips were lightly breaded and super tender the salad had just a little crunch on the little potato’s and the dressing the used left me wanting more. The second night I ventured out and had the Cannelonni. If you like a good lasagna then put that on steroids and you have this one. The flavor and seasoning was amazing and the homemade noodles they wrap it in just melted in my mouth. Every bite left me excited about the next one. I was lucky enough to have Winter wait on me both nights and she was more than happy to give suggestions and help me. Even with a mask on you could tell she was always smiling and happy to help. I am now going to have to take the hour and a half trip from time to time to eat at this little gem of a place!!

I misjudged this place before eating here. I assumed it would be some run-of-the-mill sports bar, in a small town just off the highway, maybe a burger and fries but nothing extraordinary. I was WRONG. Players' menu is impressive, with authentic Greek and Italian dishes and lots of drinks options. I've tried several of the unique apps and entrees and have never been disappointed. My husband is a burger fiend and says their gouda & mushroom special was amazing. We even chose to visit Players for our anniversary dinner this year! Pic is of the salmon crostini app, which they pair with a dill sauce - yummmmmmm. You'll see prices a bit higher than a sports bar and grill, but, you get what you pay for. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable too. Recommend this place to anyone, whether in town or just passing through.

Service was a little slow, but we had a large group so it was understandable. Not getting a refill until right before leaving when waitress said multiple times she was going to get me one is not acceptable though. Food was very good. If in the area I would go back again.

I always have a good experience at this restaurant. They have been courteous and quick. The rare times they have made mistakes they are on the ball with fixing them. :) Update (Nov 2022): As usual, great service, great food, just overall great. The cooks were REALLY on their A game tonight. Food came out real quick. Got Calamari (app), the pasta with beef, and the salmon.

This place is great, we started with the Saganaki, which is a warmed cheese spread with pita bread, tzatziki sauce, and lemon. Very delicious. Next, I had the smothered chicken that was covered with grilled onions, peppers, and mushrooms. My side was the fried potato salad, and let me tell you, I could eat a bucket full, amazing! My son ordered the Sicilian sandwich that has hard salami, ham,pepperoni, and red onions on ciabatta bread, very good. We managed to make room for dessert,which we opted for the warm fudge brownie with vanilla ice cream, yum. As for our service, our server was Ashley H. She was wonderful. Always checking on us and was very helpful with the menu since it was our first time there. Great experience!!

We joked with our server at the bar today asking if we had become regulars as she remembered our beer order! We always have great food. We only sit at the bar now unless we have our 3 kids and family with us. We frequent already once a week. It can get $$ going more often. Once we find a server we like, we continue to comeback. Hopefully it never changes as our dining our options are limited as we don’t do fast food. Hubby can only get his beer at 3 locations in town. I have yet to get my favorite but I can tolerate Blue Moon. I am a dark stout beer girl.
